I.C.G.M is a Clunker that can be obtained in a run. This card is exclusive to the Clunkmasters Tribe.
Strategy
Although the I.C.G.M. is very slow to activate, it will deal colossal damage that scales with how much Scrap it has. This makes it a flexible card that can be used to block some hits, beat down enemies, or a balance of both.
The Sunglass Chime, Tootordion and Spark Charm can potentially trigger the I.C.G.M. well before its Counter is anywhere near triggering normally, wreaking havoc much earlier than expected. The Punchfist Charm can do the same, although note that in this case, the I.C.G.M. will only trigger against the enemy that hit it and any excess Frenzy damage will go to waste unless it has gained Barrage or Aimless.
Trivia
"I.C.G.M." is presumably short for "Intercontinental Gnome Missile" or something similar.
