B.I.N.K is an item players may accumulate over a run. This card is exclusive to the Clunkmasters Tribe.
Strategy
B.I.N.K differentiates itself from the 
Flask of Ink by Inking all enemies at once instead of just one, but inflicting only 2 Ink instead of 4. As a result, B.I.N.K requires proper timing to maximize its effectiveness, as 2 Ink wears off very quickly, so enemies that aren't close to triggering will likely not be Inked by the time they get to attack. It is most useful when multiple enemies will trigger within 2 turns, or to shut down enemy 
Reactions and on-hit effects when multiple allied cards will trigger within 2 turns.
Since B.I.N.K hits all enemies unconditionally, it also is very useful when upgraded with attack-increasing or debuff-inflicting Charms. The ability to spread damage or debuffs across the entire enemy field at once is extremely potent, particularly with ways to boost its effects after the fact, such as with the 
Cake Charm or 
Frenzy Charm. The Sun Bell of Strength gives it 2 attack unconditionally without using any Charm slots, which also makes it significantly more powerful.
