Frost Bell is an item players may accumulate over a run.

Strategy

The Frost Bell is a weaker version of the Frostbloom that hits an entire row of enemies in exchange. This makes its Frost less impactful the fewer enemies there are, but it is still very effective on enemies with Frenzy or Barrage. Additionally, the Frost Bell's innate Barrage makes it a better candidate for any Charms that boost its attack or allow it to inflict more debuffs, spreading damage and debuffs across a whole row. The Sun Bell of Strength is notable for increasing the Frost Bell's attack to 2, allowing it to deal a good amount of total damage to a row on top of weakening their damage.
