Fallow is a Shade summoned with the 
Fallow Mask and some Shademancer Leaders.
Strategy
Fallow has a decent amount of health, and although its attack is equal to 
Junjun's, its innate Barrage makes it much more reliable for dealing damage. It still is not very useful as a primary damage source, but it can take more hits than Junjun and chip an entire row at once. The Fallow Mask also does not have Consume, allowing multiple Fallows to be summoned in a single battle.
Anything that buffs Fallow's attack, such as the 
Lamb Charm or 
Van Jun, is especially effective thanks to Fallow's Barrage.
