Plinker is a Clunker that can be obtained in a run. This card is exclusive to the Clunkmasters Tribe.
Strategy
Plinker is similar to a 
Mimik that triggers every turn, instead of whenever an ally in the row attacks. However, it also has a time limit based on its Scrap, similar to 
Mega Mimik. Its fast attacks allow it to break down opposing Clunkers and 
Block quickly, as well as leverage Charms that inflict debuffs. In the short term, Plinker can easily surpass Mimik's damage output, but its limited lifespan prevents it from contributing as much to long fights.
Negating Plinker's effects prevents it from losing any Scrap with each attack, allowing it to freely attack and use its Scrap for blocking attacks instead. 
Ink and the 
Frostbite Shard can accomplish this, but it may be more beneficial to use them on enemies instead. The 
Durian Charm gives Plinker a big attack boost and permanently removes its Scrap penalty, and it can still gain abilities through Charms attached afterwards.

Makoko for the lowest Counter among all cards. - Plinker has the highest Scrap of all player Clunkers, and the second-highest among all Clunkers (beaten only by
Krunker).
