Snowcake is an item players may accumulate over a run.

Strategy

While many bosses and minibosses have Resist Snow, there are still a good number of them that lack it, such as Bolgo, phase 1 Krunker, and Maw Jaw. The Snowcake buys a lot of time against such enemies, and in a pinch works on strong regular enemies like Bigfoot and Warthog. However, it can also be a dangerous crutch for decks with low damage output, as the deck still needs answers to enemies with Resist Snow that are virtually unaffected. Additionally, 10 turns may seem like a long time, but many Companions have Counters in the range of 3 to 5, meaning that 10 turns only gets a couple extra attacks from each of them. Don't neglect a good offense because of the extra time the Snowcake can make.

Notably, if Yuki is a member of the team, using the Snowcake will give them 10 attack on the spot, dramatically increasing their damage.
