Sun Rod is an item players may accumulate over a run. It is a starting card in every Snowdweller deck.

Strategy

The Sun Rod is basic but effective and flexible, allowing a card to act much faster than normal. It is especially useful for beating enemies to the punch and finishing them off when they would otherwise have gotten to act.

Interactions

If the Sun Rod is used on a card whose Counter is currently at 1, it will count down to 0 like normal, but the extra countdown will go to waste. The card will still reset to its maximum Counter after triggering.

Trivia

Although the Sun Rod is normally a starting card, it is not part of the starting deck in the tutorial run and is instead found in a chest.
