Boozle is a boss that the player encounters in the fight with Bamboozle. Once Bamboozle is defeated, it splits into Bam and Boozle.

Strategy

Boozle has fairly low attack but a very short Counter, and it inflicts Snow on whatever gets hit. Since it attacks every other turn, it effectively takes away every other turn from whatever gets hit. A defensive Companion may not mind so much Snow if they don't have much offensive power anyways, but Boozle can still inflict a lot of damage if left unchecked. Since it lacks Resist Snow, use Snow liberally to keep Boozle from taking away Companions' turns. Bam and Boozle also both have the Wild ability, so defeating either one will give the other 1 Frenzy. Defeating Bam first is usually a bad idea due to Boozle's low Counter, which allows it to use the newly-gained Frenzy immediately, while Bam has a much longer Counter. The general best way to handle them together is to chip away at both of them until they're both at low health, use a Clunker or Shade to block Bam's attack, then finish them both off in quick succession.
