Willow is an enemy which the player cannot encounter during a run. It appears in the Eye of the Storm if the previous deck that made it to the Eye had an Overburn-related card, such as Azul Battle Axe or Azul Candle.
Strategy
Willow's Overburn makes it a big threat, as it is approximately equivalent to dealing 5 damage with Barrage. Chump blocking it with Clunkers or Shades is also out of the question, as Clunkers will explode immediately and most Shades will too, dealing damage to the row anyways. Slow it down with 
Snow or 
Ink it to completely remove its offensive capability.
