Muttonhead is the miniboss that the player encounters in the fight against The Demonhorn Goats.

Activating the Titan Bell will cause an upgraded version of it to spawn. Its upgrade is randomly selected from the list:

• Battle Charm
• Heart Charm
• Sun Charm
• Moose Charm
• Raspberry Charm

Strategy

Muttonhead shouldn't be ignored as an offensive threat, but it doesn't pose as much of a threat as its allies. It's possible to avoid being Demonized by Muttonhead by simply not Snowing it (and Snow is generally more useful for Goks due to their higher attack). Take out its allies first to prevent them from inflicting more Demonize, and Muttonhead should fall easily once alone.
