Zoomlin Wafers are an item players may accumulate over a run.
Strategy
The Zoomlin Wafers allow the player to play an entire hand at once using Zoomlin, in exchange for the turn it takes to play the Wafers. While the Noomlin granted by the 
Noomlin Biscuit and 
Noomlin Charm allows a single card to get free value throughout an entire fight, the Zoomlin Wafers give a huge burst of free value at once. Timing is key for taking advantage of the full hand of Zoomlins: playing the Wafers early on a subpar hand misses out on a lot of potential value, but waiting too long for a perfect hand causes the Wafers to unnecessarily take up deck space.
There is no way to pass a turn besides hitting the uncharged Redraw Bell or playing a card that does not have Noomlin or Zoomlin, so the player will always be forced to hit the Redraw Bell on the turn after using the Zoomlin Wafers. As a result, it's best to play the Zoomlin Wafers when drawing them immediately after hitting the Redraw Bell, or a turn before the Redraw Bell is charged. Hitting it while partially charged causes those previous charging turns to go to waste.
It isn't mandatory to play all the cards that gained Zoomlin, so they can be discarded and reshuffled to save the Zoomlin for another opportunity.
