Storm Globe is an item players may accumulate over a run.
Strategy
The Storm Globe is a source of high Snow but loses potency with each use. Avoid unnecessary plays to conserve its effect as much as possible.
Numerical effects that can be modified are written in orange, so the Storm Globe's Snow-reducing effect is not modifiable. Attaching the 
Lumin Ring to the Storm Globe will not increase the amount of Snow lost per play, only the base amount of Snow inflicted. Note that the effect boosts from Critical and 
Lumin are applied after all other modifiers, so if the Storm Globe has one of these statuses, it will effectively lose 2 Snow per play (as the base amount is reduced by 1, then doubled).
If the Storm Globe gains 
Frenzy, the Snow loss is calculated between each usage. For instance, if it has 2 Frenzy, it will inflict a total of 7 Snow.
The 
Frenzy Charm and 
Cake Charm turn the Storm Globe into a slightly weaker Snowcake, inflicting 9 and 8 Snow respectively and giving it Consume.
