Frost Bell is an item players may accumulate over a run.
Strategy
The Frost Bell is a weaker version of the Frostbloom that hits an entire row of enemies in exchange. This makes its Frost less impactful the fewer enemies there are, but it is still very effective on enemies with Frenzy or Barrage. Additionally, the Frost Bell's innate Barrage makes it a better candidate for debuff-inflicting or attack-boosting Charms, spreading debuffs and damage across a whole row.
