The Naked Gnome has a chance to appear in the first battle of a run (The Pengoons, The Snowbo Squad, The Snow Lumps, or The Bog Berries). If the battle is won with the Naked Gnome still alive, it will offer to join the player after the battle.

Strategy

The Naked Gnome has no natural defensive or offensive capabilities, with just a single point of Health.png health and Attack.png attack.
