Frenzy Wrench is an item players may accumulate over a run. This card is exclusive to the Clunkmasters Tribe.
Strategy
The Frenzy Wrench can add Frenzy to strong cards to make them even stronger, but requires 
Junk to play. Additionally, some of the best targets for it are cards that already have Recycle (since a Recycle cost is only paid once even if the card has Frenzy), requiring even more Junk.
A less obvious use for the Frenzy Wrench is to add Frenzy to a Companion or Clunker in hand, as it does not specify that the card in hand must be an Item. This likely will require a few Crowns with a Trash card like the 
Proto-Stomper to pull off consistently.
