Tinkerson Jr. is a Companion that the player can bring along on a run. They are exclusive to the Clunkmasters Tribe.
Strategy
Tinkerson Jr.'s use is for 
Junk decks to give Junk a use other than paying for Recycle costs. Using buffs and Charms, Tinkerson Jr. can be permanently upgraded and add even more value to Junk. However, without a way to consistently boost Tinkerson Jr.'s attack, Junk will still not be dealing significant damage in the endgame. Some Clunkmaster Leaders have similar effects that give a fixed amount of extra attack to Junk, so Tinkerson Jr. pairs well with such Leaders to get even more mileage out of Junk.
Although Tinkerson Jr. is generally straightforward, they have a couple nuanced points. Tinkerson Jr. prevents 
Mini Mika and 
Knuckles from working as effectively, as hitting them with buffed Junk will hurt them. Additionally, using Junk to hit something will put the Junk into the discard pile, so it cannot pay Recycle costs. If possible, it's worthwhile to stop producing Junk partway through the battle so that it doesn't occupy too much deck space. 
Toaster allows the player to continue producing Junk, as played Junk will Consume itself.
One of the best cards to boost Tinkerson Jr.'s attack is the 
Forging Stove, since the Clunkmasters have access to multiple cards with good attack, such as the 
Proto-Stomper and 
I.C.G.M. By using Crowns, it's possible to guarantee that Tinkerson Jr. gets the attack buff.
Beyond the ability to improve Junk, Tinkerson Jr. has enough health to take a few hits, making them a decent defensive option if there are no better alternatives.
