Bolgo is a Miniboss type enemy that the player can encounter in the fight against The Shelled Husks.
As of v1.1.0, activating the Titan Bell will cause an upgraded version of it to spawn. Its upgrade is randomly selected from the list:

Trivia
As Bolgo takes damage, its shell in its artwork breaks off gradually, revealing a menacing shadow with a wicked grin underneath.
