Pom is a Shade that the player summons with the Pom Mask. A special trait of the Pom Mask is that it will summon Pom as an enemy and on the enemy side of the board in a location of choice. This means Pom's effect of "adding barrage" applies to the player, as the player is the enemy to Pom.

Strategy

Pom has the unique aspect of being summoned as an enemy, so a player must watch the damage and turn counter of Pom when considering their use. Pom attacks for minimal damage but attacks frequently. The tradeoff is that the player will receive Barrage, enabling everyone to hit an entire row at a time.

Players will want to watch who their cards target to prevent accidentally killing Pom too early. Placing Pom strategically is important to avoid having them next to a high priority enemy card.
