Razor is a Miniboss type enemy that the player can encounter just before the final boss, the other being Numskull

Strategy

Razor isn't quite as dangerous as the Warthogs they spawn with, since they only have 3 Attack. That is, unless you start killing too many Hogs, which'll make their frenzy rise to enormous levels due to the Wild ability.

If you have a unit with lots of health, simply use that unit to soak damage and attack Razor first while ignoring the smaller boars, except perhaps Rockhog, to prevent the fight from getting out of hand.

If you have a unit with Teeth, be sure the tiny hogs don't all kill themselves, or you might suddenly have to deal with a Razor who deals significantly more damage each attack.
