Ice Dice are an item players may accumulate over a run.
Strategy
In most situations, the Ice Dice are difficult to use due to their inherent randomness. Even though a stack of Block can negate an indefinite amount of damage, the Ice Dice's unpredictability makes them generally inferior to other cards and effects that consistently give effective health (such as 
Pinkberry Juice and
