Cake Charm is a Charm that the player can collect on a run.

Strategy
The Cake Charm is very useful for cards that have lasting but weak effects, such as 
Flamewater and 
Berry Bell, as it gives their effects a huge boost and then Consumes the card to thin the deck. However, since redundant keywords are not possible, the Cake Charm cannot be attached to any card that already has Consume.
Recycle costs count as an effect, so the Cake Charm will likely make Recycle cards unplayable. For instance, attaching it to the 
Haze Keg will cause it to inflict 5 
Haze but cost 6 
Junk to play. The 
Fidget Charm replaces Recycle with Trash, which causes the card to generate Junk instead of requiring it (though the huge amount of Junk may still make the card not worthwhile).
