Snowball Charm is a Charm that the player can collect on a run.

Strategy
The Snowball Charm inflicts only 1 Snow at a time, so it is best used for cards that have 
Frenzy, Barrage, or a low 
Counter. It can also be given to a card that already inflicts Snow to increase its effect. Notably, hits that inflict Snow will not trigger 
Reactions such as Smackback, allowing an attached Companion to no longer fear these counterattacks.
Although debuffs are inflicted before damage calculation, 
Wallop's effect to deal more damage to Snowed cards will also apply if Wallop's attack inflicts Snow. With the Snowball Charm, Wallop will always deal boosted damage to anything they hit.
