Bombskull Charm is a Charm that the player can collect on a run.

Strategy
Explode is a completely reactive ability that does nothing until the card with the Bombskull Charm is destroyed, but it has the potential to deal huge damage to multiple enemies. As a result, it is best for cards that are purposefully destroyed or sacrificed, such as 
Woodhead, 
Pootie, 
Egg, and 
Chikichi. If the deck has no cards to intentionally destroy, the Bombskull Charm can be attached to some other Clunker as a last-ditch effort to clean up enemies.
The Bombskull Charm plays particularly well alongside the 
Totem of the Goat, which will 
Demonize an attacking enemy before the card with Explode is destroyed (and which will stay useful in the battle after that point). However, outside of this, boosting Explode with a source like 
Lupa is usually not worthwhile unless the card also has other effects worth boosting.
