Heart Charm is a Charm that the player can collect on a run.

Unlocked by default.
Strategy
The Heart Charm gives a healthy boost to a Companion's longevity and can be useful in basically any deck. Defensive Companions can weather more hits, offensive Companions can survive counterattack damage from things like 
Teeth, and if nothing else it makes the Leader more survivable. It is especially useful in combination with Charms that reduce health, such as the 
Balance Charm and 
Sunglass Charm, allowing the card to regain some of the health it lost.
