Frozen Heart Charm is a Charm that the player can collect on a run.

Stack 5 Block on a single target.
Strategy
The Frozen Heart Charm is best for Companions who already have extremely low health, giving them Block to survive incidental damage from sources such as 
Teeth and Barrage. However, it is a poor choice for defensive Companions that will take a lot of hits, since the card will be guaranteed to die in only 3 instances of damage. Unlike the 
Block Charm, it also cannot be given to Clunkers, since they do not have health to modify.
Interactions
Even if a card's maximum health is already 1 (such as the 
Naked Gnome or a card with the 
Sunglass Charm), the Frozen Heart Charm can still be attached to it.
Since 
Nova's health is already very low and they synergize with Block, they are one of the best candidates for the Frozen Heart Charm. It can also be useful for 
Blunky to allow them to take multiple hits during the turn they're deployed.
