Squidskull Charm is a Cursed Charm that the player can encounter during a run with the Gloom Bell active.
Strategy
A card starting with 4 Ink is generally more forgiving than the 
Ooba Charm (which starts the card off with 3 
Snow), since Ink does not prevent the card from attacking, even if it does prevent it from using its effects. However, Ink can affect Clunkers and Companions that don't have 
Counters, unlike Snow, so the Squidskull Charm is capable of affecting significantly more cards than the Ooba Charm.
