Snowball Charm is a Charm that the player can collect on a run.

Strategy
The Snowball Charm inflicts only 1 Snow at a time, so it is best used for cards that have 
Frenzy, Barrage, or a low 
Counter. It can also be given to a card that already inflicts Snow to increase its effect. Notably, hits that inflict Snow will not trigger 
Reactions such as Smackback, allowing an attached Companion to no longer fear these counterattacks.
Wallop's effect to deal more damage to Snowed cards is calculated after Snow is inflicted. If Wallop has the Snowball Charm, they will always inflict boosted damage to anything they hit, even if the target didn't have Snow before being hit.
