Ooba Charm is a Cursed Charm that the player can encounter during a run with the Gloom Bell active.

Strategy
A Companion having 3 base Snow will cost them a decent amount of time after deployment, which can be especially devastating in the early game where every bit of damage counts. The momentum loss is particularly concerning in boss battles where the boss appears in the first wave, as opposed to normal battles where only a few normal enemies appear in the first wave. However, Companions who are mainly used for continuous abilities or abilities activated without triggering, such as 
Kernel and 
Mama Tinkerson, will be relatively unaffected.

The Ooba Charm is stylized after the 
Ooba Bear, an enemy that also inflicts Snow.
