Strategy
The Snowball Charm inflicts only 1 Snow at a time, so it is best used for cards that have 
Frenzy, Barrage, or a low 
Counter. It can also be given to a card that already inflicts Snow to increase its effect.
Although 1 Snow is a small amount, it can be boosted with the 
Lumin Ring or The Lumin Vase, allowing the attached card to significantly slow down enemies.
