Strategy
Because 1 Frost is such a small amount, the Frosthand Charm is best for cards that have Frenzy to inflict multiple times more. It also scales well with the Lumin Ring. If a card has Smackback, it can also retaliate against its attackers to keep weakening their attacks as long as it is hit repeatedly.
