Frozen Sun Charm is a Cursed Charm that the player can encounter during a run with the Gloom Bell active.

Strategy
The Frozen Sun Charm can be an enormous penalty for the affected card, depending on what their base Counter is. Since the Frozen Sun Charm adds a flat 1 turn to the card's Counter, a card with a high Counter like Pyra will not be affected too much, but one with a short Counter like Foxee will deal significantly less damage. It is also a permanent penalty on the card; while other Cursed Charms like the 
Ooba Charm give a temporary debuff per battle, the Frozen Sun Charm's effect persists across an entire battle.
