The Frozen Sun Charm can be an enormous penalty for the affected card, depending on what their base Counter is. Since the Frozen Sun Charm adds a flat 1 turn to the card's Counter, a card with a high Counter like Pyra will not be affected too much, but one with a short Counter like Foxee will deal significantly less damage.
