The Ink Sacks
The Ink Sacks is one of the possible fifth fights a player can run into. The fight is won when the Miniboss, Lumako, is defeated.
Strategy
The fight with The Ink Sacks requires careful planning due to 
Ink being thrown around across the whole battle. Octakos inflict Ink with Barrage attacks, but Tentickles instead retaliate by Inking anything that hits them, giving both offensive and defensive Ink. Kraken is a powerful threat that doesn't inflict Ink but hits the entire player field at once, and it appears alongside an Ooba Bear that can inflict good damage while also slowing down attackers with 
Snow. The Octobom can negate both those effects, allowing you to take both of them out much easier, but keep in mind that it still inflicts a lot of Ink on player cards. Once Lumako appears, it begins increasing its allies' Ink-inflicting abilities, completely negating any benefits it gives the player.
The overwhelming presence of Ink in the battle demands powerful base stats and strong Items, not just strong card effects. Reliance on Clunkers is also punished, since Octako and Kraken can hit them even in the back of the row. Each individual source of Ink only inflicts a small amount, however, so either spread out the Ink across many cards so that it wears off quickly, or pile it on a single unfortunate card to keep it off of other cards. Usually the first strategy is easier, since Tentickles inflict Ink on any Companions that hit them, but good Items can also take Tentickles out without fear of being Inked. It's important to destroy the Octobom at the right time as well, since this prevents Kraken from hitting the whole field and Ooba Bear from inflicting any Snow. If most of the sources of Ink are defeated by the time Lumako appears, it won't be able to properly take advantage of the effect boosts and will quickly fall.
Bonnie and the 
Berry Basket can Cleanse all player cards at once, removing Ink from all of them. This makes the fight significantly easier, although make sure to keep Bonnie from being Inked.
